1.        The promotion period runs from 26th September to 23rd October 2025, both dates inclusive (refers to “Promotion Period”). Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.        The offer is applicable to transactions made with UnionPay Credit Cards and ATM Cards imprint with UnionPay logo (refers to “UnionPay Card”), when bound to UnionPay Mobile Contactless Payment (including Apple Pay, Huawei Pay and other wallets, refers to “UnionPay Mobile Contactless Payment”) or UnionPay QR Code (including UnionPay App and other apps supporting UnionPay QR Code Payment, refers to “UnionPay QR Code”), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau SAR card issuing institutions. To enjoy the offers, cardholders must settle transactions via the UnionPay network with the relevant card.

3.        UnionPay Mobile Contactless Payment refers to the use of an eligible UnionPay Card bound to the wallet of a mobile device or watch, with payment made via the designated mobile device or watch at UnionPay accepted terminals. To enjoy the offers, cardholders must present the eligible virtual UnionPay Card bound to their mobile phone or mobile device to the cashier at the time of payment and successfully complete the transactions via the UnionPay network. Cardholders may pay via Apple Pay, Huawei Pay and other UnionPay Mobile QuickPass.

4.        UnionPay QR Code refers to the use of an eligible UnionPay Card bound to a mobile app that supports UnionPay QR Code, with payment made at UnionPay accepted terminals. To enjoy the offers, cardholders must present the selected payment code in the mobile app to the cashier at the time of payment and successfully complete the transactions via the UnionPay network.

5.        The offer is applicable to transactions made at the designated cashier counters of SOGO Causeway Bay Store and SOGO Kai Tak Store (refers to “Participating Stores”) during the Promotion Period. During the Promotion Period, cardholders who conduct in-store transactions at the Participating Stores using UnionPay Mobile Contactless Payment or UnionPay QR Code and meet the designated spending requirement will be entitled to the following instant discount offers:

7.        Please note that the discount amount will not be displayed during the payment process. The net amount payable, after deduction of the instant discount, will be shown upon successful completion of the transaction.

9.        The offers are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis during the Promotion Period and while stocks last.

10.     The offers are not applicable to the following transactions: transactions made at self-checkout counters; unsettled / cancelled / refunded transactions; split transactions; and unauthorised or fraudulent transactions (refers to “Ineligible Transactions”).

11.     In the event of a refund or return, cardholders shall only be reimbursed for the net amount paid, and the instant discount will not be refunded.
