1.The amount on the receipt reflects the original transaction amount, while the actual payment amount is determined by the card issuer’s deduction information. The exchange rate displayed in the merchant is not the UnionPay rate; whether the transaction meets the promotion requirements is based on the transaction amount and exchange rate recorded by the UnionPay system.

2.Steps to check the promotion:

2.1) Bind your UnionPay card to the Cloud QuickPass (CQP) App in advance.

2.2) Participate in the promotion using the designated payment method.

2.3) In the Cloud QuickPass App, go to “Card Management” → select the card used for the transaction → “Transaction History” to view the discount amount.

*The discount may not be displayed immediately after payment; you can refresh and check five minutes after payment.

*Not applicable for UnionPay cards issued outside mainland China when checking transaction details after participating in promotions abroad.

3.If you have questions about the discount after the transaction, cardholders can contact the UnionPay customer service hotline for assistance.

4.Instant discounts do not apply to specified brands; details are provided in-store.

5.This promotion only applies to transactions processed through the UnionPay network. Transactions via UnionPay online banking, local routing, interbank transactions, or third-party platforms are not eligible. Dual-currency card transactions are subject to whether they are processed through UnionPay channels.

6.New stores or special circumstances may prevent some stores from participating in the promotion (e.g., some unmanned vending machines or stores inside large shopping malls may not be eligible). If a customer does not receive the discount after payment, they should request the merchant to cancel the transaction.

7.This promotion cannot be combined with other UnionPay card promotions (except for preferential exchange rates).

8.In the event of a refund or return, only the actual amount paid by the cardholder will be refunded; the discount amount will not be included.

9.Promotion slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis based on actual transactions. Once the quota is reached, the promotion ends. The promotion may end before the announced deadline.
