1. This promotion is only applicable to UnionPay cards (starting with 62) and will be valid until 11:59 PM PST on December 31, 2025. The daily discount limit also ends at 11:59 PM PST each day. Only purchases made with a registered valid UnionPay card at designated online merchants after successful registration are eligible for discounts.

2. This event requires registration in advance through the official channels designated by UnionPay International. Registration must include a valid UnionPay card number and phone number (either US or mainland China mobile phone numbers are acceptable). Transactions made with third-party payment accounts (Paypal, Alipay, WeChat, etc., including clicking on a third-party payment account and selecting online banking payment, quick payment, etc.) are not eligible for the event.

3. Each UnionPay card may only be registered once for the same promotion, and each mobile number may register up to three UnionPay cards. 

4. Discounts will take effect approximately two minutes after successful registration.

5. Before registering, participants should carefully review the promotion rules and privacy policy. UnionPay International will verify registrations based on the information submitted. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and truthfulness of all information provided. Incorrect card numbers, refusal to register, or failure to provide required information will make the participant ineligible.

6. To change your registered card during the promotion period:

a) Delete the original registration record: Please visit the promotion page, go to the “Manage Available Cards” function, locate your previous registration record, and click the “Cancel” button.

b) Re-register with a new card number: After completing the deletion, click the “Register with Another Card” button at the bottom of the page and submit the new card information.

7. Discounts are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis until the allocated funds are exhausted. 

8. The amount of the order on the merchant website is the original transaction amount, and the actual payment amount shall be based on the actual deduction information.

9. In cases of refunds or returns, only the amount actually paid by the cardholder will be refunded. The discount portion will not be refunded, and the discount quota will be considered used.

10. UnionPay International reserves the right to deny discounts, revoke benefits already granted, or disqualify cardholders from future promotions if they are found to be misusing or attempting to misuse the promotion in violation of its rules or through improper means.

11. However, UnionPay International is not the provider of goods and/or services and does not bear any responsibility for the goods and/or services themselves.

12. In the event of any discrepancies between the Simplified Chinese and English versions of these terms, the Simplified Chinese version shall prevail.

13. UnionPay International reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend this promotion or modify its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or explanation. In the case of disputes, UnionPay International and participating merchants reserve final interpretation rights.
